Hi, I’m Hannah Angrave and I’m on a mission to make learning to read FUN for 1 million children, without creating any extra planning or resource-making for you!
After I taught in Reception and KS1 for over 12 years, I started Wriggly Readers to spark a love of reading for even more children and help them to make the amazing progress that they deserve.

So How Does The Programme Work?
Wriggly Readers is a structured (and ridiculously fun-filled!) 12-week programme. It’s specifically designed to be used by your school’s talented Teaching Assistants to use with either a small group of children of similar ability or on a 1:1 basis.
There are 6 super-fun themes (also famously known as our ‘Reading Adventures’) and each one lasts for 2 weeks. They are:

Each Reading Adventure sends the children on an urgent mission in a magical, make-believe world. It’s a creative (never-been-done-before) approach which will have your children hooked from the word go!
